This is the kind of weekend that doesn't really need an agenda — just a place to crash, somewhere walkable for beers, and a Saturday with no clock. The casino's right there if we want it. Bowling's right there if we want it. But mostly it's about getting in one room, cracking the first round, and catching up like we used to.

Fri Sept 18: Arrive in Mystic in the evening, drop bags, walk to downtown bars.
Sat Sept 19: Casino + bowling at Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun. Slow morning, late lunch, then ride it out.
Sun Sept 20: Lazy breakfast, head home.
What it's not
Not a blowout. Not a bachelor party. Not a "schedule every minute" trip. Just beers, laughs, and a long-overdue hang.
How we're picking the place
Eight Mystic Airbnbs are in the pool. The Vote tab is where the crew weighs in — you favorite the ones you'd be happy with, and we go with whatever has the most love by mid-July.
What we filtered on
3+ real beds — non-negotiable. Each guy gets his own actual bed (no sharing queens, no pullouts). 3 separate bedrooms is a plus but not required.
Walking distance to downtown Mystic bars — non-negotiable. Everything in the pool is in Mystic, Stonington, or just-across-the-river Groton.
Sept 18–20 confirmed available — all 8 show open dates as of search.
~$400–$770 / night — splits to $266–$514/guy. Cheapest end leaves more for chips/bars; splurge end takes most of the trip budget.
